How Roofing Direct Works

1. Tell us about the property

Send the city and state or province, building type and the roof work you are considering. Include approximate roof area, membrane type if known, the problem you are trying to solve and your preferred timing. For several buildings, identify each location separately so coverage and access requirements can be considered.

If you have photographs, drawings, inspection reports or warranty records, tell the team these are available. Do not access a roof to gather information unless safe access and the appropriate arrangements have been established.

2. Confirm contractor availability

We review your request to establish whether a contractor introduction is available for the area and scope. Not every contractor supports every system, property type or schedule. A request does not guarantee a particular number of quotes, a response deadline or emergency attendance.

3. Discuss the assessment and quotation

The contractor may need a site visit before recommending work or pricing a project. Agree any visit or investigation charges before booking. Ask what the assessment includes, what remains uncertain and what documentation you will receive.

4. Select and contract directly

Before awarding the work, check current business documents, applicable licences, insurance, project references and any manufacturer authorization needed for the proposed warranty. Use the verification checklist and ask which records have been checked for your introduction.

You choose the contractor and agree its construction contract, payment terms, schedule and warranty directly. Roofing Direct coordinates introductions; it does not provide an engineering assessment or perform the roofing work.

What does the matching service cost?

Submitting a request is free for property owners. Roofing Direct may earn a referral fee from participating contractors. Contractor inspections, specialist investigations and roofing work may carry separate charges. Obtain those terms in writing before authorizing a visit or project.
