Roofing Direct is operated by B2B Roofing Sales Inc. The website helps commercial building owners and property managers request introductions to roofing contractors. Our role is to help communicate the project location and requirements so contractor availability can be checked.
Our role in your roofing project
Roofing Direct provides the introduction service. A contractor assesses the building, prepares a proposal and, if selected, performs the roofing work under its own agreement with you. The platform does not provide engineering certification or replace the contractor’s site assessment.
You retain the choice of contractor. Before awarding work, ask for current insurance, any licence required for the jurisdiction, relevant project references and the proposed warranty documents. Who the service is for
We focus on commercial roof requests: installation, replacement, leak assessment, inspections, planned maintenance and roofing preparation for solar projects. Coverage and availability
Roofing Direct accepts enquiries about commercial properties across North America. Acceptance of an enquiry does not mean a contractor is available in every city. How the service is funded
Property owners can submit a matching request without a platform fee. Roofing Direct may receive a referral fee from participating contractors. The contractor’s inspection charges, project pricing, payment terms and warranty obligations are agreed separately. Request a written scope and compare inclusions before making a decision.
